Captain Don McGee founded SeaVee Boats in 1974. Since then, the Miami-based company has earned a reputation for building custom, high quality, good riding, center console sport fishers. That hasn’t changed since Ariel Pared, Moises Rodriguez, and Ralph Torres bought the company in the 1990s. And their new flagship, the SeaVee 450z, might just be the angler’s ultimate sport fisher.
SeaVee 450z
The SeaVee 450z offers a sportfishing yacht’s performance, comfort, and tech, with the open design and functionality only a center console can offer. With a 45′ LOA and 12’6″ beam, the SeaVee 450z is the largest center console design in the company’s lineup.
Like all SeaVees, the 450z is custom-built to suit each owner’s fishing and boating lifestyle. Whether you need a luxurious island hopper or a competitive sportfishing platform, this boat can accommodate you and all your mates.
The SeaVee 450z is a powerhouse. It can be rigged with triple or quad outboards. Its quad outboard configuration and extra heavy-duty transom can accommodate as much power as you want, well over 2,000 hp. With quad Mercury Racing 450r engines, the 450z has a top speed approaching 70 mph.
