When it comes to innovation in centre consoles, its hard to go past Invincible with their new age approach of incorporating racing technology with fishability. We were lucky enough to catch up with Sam Wallrock from Boat monster at the Sydney International boat show to take a look at the Invincible catamaran 37.
Why Invincible
The boat is the creation of Invincible Boats. Invincible Boats specializes in the production of a high-quality catamaran and mono-hull fishing vessels. Invincible was founded back in 2006 by Alex Lipworth and has since grown to be one of the most successful companies in the industry.
The Invincible Cat 37 is a 37-foot Invincible catamaran that’s designed to be the ultimate fishing machine. Not only is it fast and comfortable, but it boasts some of the most advanced technology on the market, It’ll get you to where the fish are in incredible comfort!
The Invincible Cat 37
Released in 2019, this 37′ Invincible cat is a semi-custom build, with many options available.
This catamaran fishing boat offers a sleek design with great performance and comfort. It features an open layout that makes it easy to access all areas of the boat without having to move around much. This makes it great for entertaining guests or just relaxing after a long day on the water.
Invincibles Innovative Hull
The Invincible Catamaran 37′ uses a unique hull design that increases its speed and stability along with its comfort for passengers.
The Invincible 37 has been designed in partnership with Morelli & Melvin, and the flat-bottomed, stepped hull offers more speed and agility through rough waters. Along with offering great stability when it comes to handling waves.
It features an engineered running surface with a semi-asymmetrical cross-sectional design for each pontoon. This design allows for softer lean when turning at high speeds, making you feel a bit like you’re on a mono-hull!
The Design allows anglers to get maximum enjoyment from their trip, whether they are fishing or just enjoying some time out on the water.
Features Onboard the Invincible Catamaran
The Invincible Catamaran 37 is the big brother of the Invincible Cat 33 catamaran. It is well suited to cruising and fishing, with an emphasis on the latter. The boat features a 600-plus nautical mile range, 360-degree walk-around fishability, side dive door (optional), flat transom, and more.
Engines to Take You Fishing
The boat is powered by 4 outboard motors. Depending on your preference and needs, the Invincible Cat 37 is available with your choice of engine:
- Quadruple 300 Yamaha
- Quadruple 300 Mercury Verado V8
- Quadruple 350 Mercury Verado
- Quadruple 400 Mercury Verado
Ultimate Comfort Blended with Practicality
You will find a unique blend of performance and comfort in this vessel. This, and her other innovative features, make it easy to be aboard.
The spacious cockpit has a large U-shaped seating area, protected by an adjustable spray hood. There is a large storage locker under the seating area, and there is a washdown pump to rinse the saltwater off. The cockpit is accessible from both sides of the boat.

This Invincible catamaran boasts a 640-gallon (2400 litre) fuel capacity and a maximum 1,800HP output.
